Designed from experience
As a law enforcement officer, motor officer and motorcycle instructor, I've spent years around police motorcycles, duty equipment and the everyday gear officers depend on.
I design and 3D print custom accessories and equipment mounts for police motorcycles — made by a motor officer for other motor officers and their units — and ship them nationwide from La Vernia, TX.
JAK Customs started from a simple idea: if I needed something for the job and couldn't find exactly what I wanted, I'd figure out how to make it myself. What began as custom solutions for me and the officers around me grew into a full line of gear for motor officers.
That experience is the difference. I'm not designing behind a computer and guessing how the gear gets used — I know what works on a police motorcycle, what gets in the way, and where there's room to make it better.

As a law enforcement officer, motor officer and motorcycle instructor, I've spent years around police motorcycles, duty equipment and the everyday gear officers depend on.
Whenever possible, I design around the actual equipment and real-world use — not generic measurements or one-size-fits-all brackets.
I constantly redesign, test, adjust and improve my products until I'm satisfied with the way they look, fit and function.
Gear mounts, side-case accessories, handlebar mounts, siren hardware and printer organizers — built for real bikes and the officers who ride them. More of it is in the gallery.

Most of these started as a problem on my own bike or a fellow officer's: something that didn't have a good place to live, a holder that didn't exist, or a factory setup that got in the way. Today it's a full list — and if yours isn't on it, that's often my favorite kind of build.
What you're trying to carry, mount or organize, which bike it goes on, and what's getting in the way today. Photos of the bike and the gear help the most.
I model the piece around the real equipment and where it sits on the bike, rather than generic measurements.
Printed in a tough material, then test fitted where it matters and adjusted until it looks, fits and functions the way it should.
Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks, anywhere in the country — or pick it up locally in La Vernia.
No measurements? A few clear photos with a coin or a ruler for scale is enough to start the conversation.
Every build is quoted per project. A single mount for one bike and a matching set for a whole unit are different jobs, and the design, the number of pieces and the finish all change the work involved — so there's no price list.
Send the details and you'll get a quote, with material options and a timeline, within 1–2 business days. Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks, and nothing is printed until you've seen the price and the date.
I do. I'm J.K., a law enforcement officer, motor officer and motorcycle instructor, and every accessory is designed, printed and finished by me in my shop in La Vernia, TX.
Motorcycle accessories, equipment mounts, LIDAR holders, siren covers, cup holders, ticket-writer and printer setups and other law-enforcement equipment. If what you need doesn't exist yet, describe it and I'll see what I can make.
Yes. One piece for you or a matching set for your unit — put the number you need in your request, and every piece in the run gets consistent color and finish.
Mostly PETG and ABS/ASA for parts that take heat, sun and impact, and TPU for pads and pieces that need to flex. You'll know which one I picked and why with your quote.
Quotes come back within 1–2 business days, and most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks. I ship nationwide from La Vernia, TX, and local pickup is available too.
Describe the gear, the bike and the problem. Whether it's a duty-related solution or something nobody has made yet, you'll get a real quote and a real date back within 1–2 business days — or call me to talk it through.
