Built for one unit
Every cover starts from the department or unit it goes on — its seal, unit numbers, lettering and colors. Nothing comes off a shelf, and nothing is a generic one-size-fits-all design.
I design and 3D print 100% custom siren covers for police motorcycles — each one built for the specific department or unit that rides it — and ship them nationwide from La Vernia, TX.
Siren covers are my signature build. Nobody else makes these: they're designed, printed and finished only by JAK Customs, and every cover carries the seals, numbers, lettering and colors of the department or unit it goes on. If your motor unit wants its bikes to look like they belong to your agency and nobody else's, this is what I do.
I started making equipment because I needed it myself. As a law enforcement officer, motor officer and motorcycle instructor, I've spent years around police motorcycles and the gear officers depend on, so I design these around how the bikes are actually ridden and used.

I've spent years working around police motorcycles and duty equipment. I understand how this gear is used, what works, what gets in the way, and where there's room to make it better.
Each cover is designed, printed and finished by me, in house. Nothing gets drop-shipped, and nothing leaves the shop until it looks right.
Department seals, winged motor-unit emblems, unit numbers, Texas-themed designs and subdued insignias — each set built for the agency that ordered it. Dozens more are in the gallery.

Your department or unit name, the seal or emblem you want on it, unit numbers, lettering and colors, and how many covers you need.
I lay out the cover around your artwork and design it around the real equipment it goes on, rather than generic measurements.
Printed in a material meant for outdoor duty, then finished in your colors — as-printed, multi-color layered, or primed and hand painted.
Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks, from La Vernia to agencies anywhere in the United States.
No artwork file? A straight-on photo of the patch or a door decal is enough to start the conversation.
Every siren cover build is quoted per project. Each department's design is different, and the number of covers, the artwork and the finish all change the work involved — so there's no price list, just a real quote for your unit.
Send the details and you'll get your quote, with material options and a timeline, within 1–2 business days. Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks, and nothing is printed until you've seen the price and the date.
Yes. Every cover is built for the specific department or unit it goes on, with its own seals, numbers, lettering and colors. Send me the artwork or a clear photo of the patch or emblem with your request.
One cover or a matching set for your unit. Put the number you need in your request and the quote covers the whole run, with consistent color and finish across every cover.
For siren covers I print in PETG or ABS/ASA. PETG is tougher and more heat tolerant than PLA, and ABS/ASA is made for parts that live outdoors or take heat and impact. You'll know which one I picked and why with your quote.
You'll hear back with a quote and a timeline within 1–2 business days. Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks; bigger runs or heavy painting take longer, and you'll get a real date before anything starts.
Yes. I build every cover in La Vernia, TX and ship siren covers to agencies all over the United States. Local pickup is available too.
Tell me your department or unit, what you want on the cover and how many you need. You'll get a real quote and a real date back within 1–2 business days — or call me to talk it through.
