3D printed replacement parts

Something breaks, the manufacturer stopped making the part, or it's only sold as half of a bigger assembly. Instead of replacing the whole unit — or living with it broken — I measure what you have, model the missing piece, and print it to fit.

Discontinued or gone

Older equipment, trim and brackets that no longer show up anywhere. I work from the broken original, a photo, or measurements you take yourself.

Only sold as an assembly

When the dealer wants you to buy the whole housing because one clip or cover broke, I print the single missing piece instead.

Worn, snapped or lost

Knobs, guides, brackets, caps and trim that wear out over time. Send what's left of it and I'll rebuild the piece that's missing.

Replacement work out of the shop

Brackets, mounts, housings, panels, covers and clips — the kind of piece that's never sold on its own. More of it is in the gallery.

How a replacement gets made

  1. 1

    Tell me what's missing

A photo of the part and the thing it belongs to, plus measurements if you have them. The broken piece itself tells me the most — mail it or drop it by.

  2. 2

    I model it to fit

I measure and draw the part so it matches the real thing — hole spacing, wall thickness, the exact outline — rather than scaling a picture.

  3. 3

I print it in the right material

Heat, sun, fuel, flex and wear all point to a different plastic. You'll know which one I picked and why before anything starts.

  4. 4

    Finished and shipped

Left as-printed, sanded smooth, or painted. Most builds ship in about 1–2 weeks from La Vernia to anywhere in the country.

Materials for parts that have to work

PETG
My default for functional parts — tough, a bit flexible, and it holds up to heat better than PLA.
ABS / ASA
For parts that live outdoors, sit in a hot vehicle, or take sun and impact season after season.
TPU
Flexible and grippy — pads, bumpers, gaskets and protective bits that need to flex without cracking.
PLA
Sharp detail and bright color for display pieces, props and jigs that don't see heat.

What to send me

  • The broken part itself, or the empty space it fills
  • Photos with something for scale — a coin, a ruler, your hand
  • Measurements: length, width, thickness and hole spacing
  • What it's made of and where it lives (heat, sun, fuel, wear)
  • How many you need — one piece or a matching set

No drawings and no calipers? A few clear photos with a coin for scale is enough to start the conversation.

Send me the part

Tell me what broke, what it goes on, and what you need it to do. Every job is quoted per project — you'll get a real price and a real date before anything gets printed.
